UI/UX Designer – User-Centered Design

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and designing intuitive interfaces for our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities : – Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience, aesthetics, and usability. – Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless design process and high-quality final products. – Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. – Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and ensure design decisions are informed by user needs. – Implement design best practices to improve the usability and accessibility of the product. – Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to your work. – Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users. – Collaborate in an Agile development environment to ensure timely delivery of design assets. Skills & Qualifications : – 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. – Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. – Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. – Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android). – Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout design. – Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. – Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. – Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly, intuitive interfaces. – Familiarity with Agile development processes is a plus. Preferred Qualifications : – Experience with animation and interaction design. – Knowledge of design systems and their implementation. – Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
