UI/UX Designer – User-Centered Design

Highlight its innovative nature and growth potential. Role Overview : We are seeking two passionate and experienced UX/UI Designers to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. You will be instrumental in creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our digital products, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences for our users. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into compelling design solutions. Responsibilities : User Research & Analysis : – Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors. – Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. – Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture. Interaction Design & Wireframing : – Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts. – Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. – Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design solutions. Visual Design & UI Implementation : – Design high-fidelity mockups and UI elements, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. – Create visually appealing and accessible designs that enhance user engagement. – Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Usability Testing & Iteration : – Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate design effectiveness. – Analyze test results and iterate on designs based on user feedback. – Continuously improve the user experience through data-driven design decisions. Collaboration & Communication : – Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. – Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams. – Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay Updated with Trends : – Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices. – Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides. Required Skills & Qualifications : – 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products. – Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills. – Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. – Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. – Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. – Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. – Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. – Excellent communication and collaboration skills. – Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment. – Either Fintech industry experience or experience working in a brand/startup environment. – A bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills & Experience : – Experience in the Study-Abroad Financing domain. – Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG). – Experience with motion design and animation. – Experience in creating design systems (ref:hirist.tech)
