Job Description : Position : Designer (UI/UX) Location : Gurugram, Haryana. Roles & Responsibilities : – Interaction design and pixel-perfect wireframe creation. – Conduct end-user usability studies and reviews; design A/B testing to improve usability. – Create personas and incorporate personalization into applications. – Collaborate with the Product team to create wireframes/mockups and ensure usability criteria are met. – Prior experience with designing mobile apps (iOS/Android) is preferred. – Utilize UX design best practices to design solutions and understand mobile-first and responsive design. – Expertise in standard UX software (e.g., Sketch, Axure, InVision, Figma, Adobe XD) is essential. – Conduct user research, user testing, and heuristic analysis. – Collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders to deliver design solutions. Desired Experience : – Minimum of 3 years in UI/UX design. – Experience in designing web applications for product-based companies. – Good communication skills and ability to work as an individual contributor. Evaluation Criteria : – B.Des/M.Des from premium institutes (IITs/IIITs) preferred. – Open for Gurgaon location and work from office. (ref:hirist.tech)
