Position Overview
As a Senior UI/UX Developer at F22 Labs, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered web and mobile applications. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you’ll create seamless user experiences that align with business objectives. You’ll lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and shape the design direction of our products.

Requirements:
UI Design Tools:
Expertise in tools like Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
Knowledge of design systems, style guides, and atomic design principles.

UX Research:
Conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Analyzing user data to craft user personas, journey maps, and workflows.

Interaction Design:
Proficiency in creating micro-interactions and animations.
Familiarity with tools like After Effects (not must) or Principle for motion design.

Prototyping & Usability Testing:
Building interactive prototypes and gathering user feedback.

Accessibility Standards:
Testing designs for color contrast, screen readers, and device compatibility.
Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design.

Design Trends and Best Practices:
Staying updated with UX/UI trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies.

Attention to Detail:
Ensuring designs are pixel-perfect and consistent across devices.
Catching inconsistencies or gaps in workflows before implementation.

Problem-Solving:
Approaching complex design challenges with user-centered solutions.
Prioritizing features or ideas based on user needs and business goals.

Adaptability:
Managing change effectively when business needs or priorities shift.
Quickly adapting to new tools, technologies, or feedback.

Leadership & Team Management Skills
Task & Time Management:
Planning sprints, setting deadlines, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Delegating tasks efficiently across the team based on skillsets and workloads.
Collaboration:
Communication to bridge gaps between design, development, and stakeholders.
Facilitating brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and feedback loops.
Mentorship:
Coaching junior designers to improve their skills and build confidence.
Providing constructive feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Handling disputes or creative differences within the team professionally.
