Role : Power BI Developer Locations : Pan India (Multiple Locations Available) Experience Level : 38 Years Employment Type : Full-time – Hybrid Mode About the Role : A leading IT Services & Consulting firm is looking to hire experienced Power BI Developers to join its growing data analytics team across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization , along with solid experience working with cross-functional teams and Power Query, DAX Query, Power BI Desktop, and SQL. This role involves gathering and translating business requirements into interactive dashboards, providing meaningful insights, and driving data-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities : – Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate dashboard/reporting requirements. – Translate complex business needs into clear data visualizations using Power BI. – Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports. – Ensure dashboards are high-performing, reusable, and optimized for large datasets. – Follow best practices in design, coding standards, and documentation. – Partner with architects and engineers to provide technical expertise across the BI lifecycle. – Work iteratively with business users to refine dashboards through feedback and review cycles. – Create efficient queries and optimize report performance across large, diverse datasets. Skills & Experience Required : – Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices. – Proficiency in SQL Server or Oracle databases. – Good to have : Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools. – Experience working with both structured and unstructured data from various sources including on-prem, cloud, and APIs. – Background in business analysis with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. – Capable of translating business goals into clear technical dashboard requirements.
