Job Title: HRMS SpecialistLocation: Sardar Group- ErbilAbout the Job:- We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled HRMS Support Specialist to provide functional and technical support for our Human Resources Management System. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, configuration, and maintenance of HR technology platforms, as well as assisting HR staff and end-users with system-related issues.Main duties & responsibilities:- Create and deliver training materials and conduct user training sessions on SuccessFactors.- Develop and maintain data integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.- Support clients with system testing, data migration, and go-live phases.- Provide ongoing support to end-users and troubleshoot any issues with SuccessFactors.- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.- HRMS is responsible for the smooth functioning of a human resources department with SAP.- HRMS wield technical expertise to capture and interpret data that companies can use to drive profits and grow responsibly.- HRMS conducts research at the request of managers and company leaders. Their results support HR business decisions.- HRMS should work on the design of the reports to meet the business needs.- HRMS should have experience with the confirmation of the SAP system to meet the business requirements.Required Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience supporting HR system- SAP SuccessFactors.- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to train and support end-users.
