What You’ll Do:Install, configure, and administer ARAS PLM systems.Develop and customize ARAS Methods using C#, JavaScript, VB, and client-side UI tools.Customize modules like BOM Management, Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN), Variant & Project Management, APQP, RFP/RFQ Management, and more.Create dashboards and intuitive user interfaces.Design technical architectures and implement enterprise-level PLM solutions.Contribute to innovative tools, templates, and scalable processes.Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers.Must-Have Skills:Strong ARAS customization experience across multiple modules.Proficiency in C#.NET coding.Expertise in dashboard creation and system integration.Leadership, team management, and customer relationship management.Nice-to-Have Skills:Knowledge of CAD integration, data migration, and enterprise integration.Experience with end-to-end PLM implementation and DevOps practices.
