We are seeking an experienced Transition Management professional to lead global transitions in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in transition planning, transition management, project management, resource and budget planning, and risk management, with a strong track record in managing end-to-end transitions across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale global transitions from planning to execution and stabilization.
- Develop transition governance, manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- C coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, HR, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Plan and allocate resources, manage hiring and training needs for transitions efficiently.
- Track and control budgets, ensure financial and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across the project lifecycle.
- Maintain adherence to compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements at all times.
