We are hiring an experienced Transition Management professional to lead global transitions in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in transition planning, transition management, project management, resource and budget planning, and risk management, with a strong track record in managing end-to-end transitions across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale global transitions from planning to execution and stabilization
• Develop transition governance, manage project scope, timelines, and budget
• Coordinate across Operations, Technology, HR, Finance, Risk, and Compliance
• Plan and allocate resources, manage hiring and training needs for transitions
• Track and control budgets, ensure financial and operational efficiency
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across the project lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements
