About the Role : Were looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong Golang expertise to design, build, and optimize services that drive critical product and business outcomes. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate vision into a practical roadmap and turn ideas into reliable, scalable code. Your Responsibilities : – Build and improve backend services using Golang to meet product and business needs. – Collaborate cross-functionally to define quarterly technical roadmaps. – Write clean, well-tested code and debug complex technical issues. – Review feature designs and contribute to backend architecture. – Ensure the security, scalability, and stability of backend systems. – Own operational excellence: deployment, monitoring, and diagnostics. What You Bring : – 5 years in software engineering with a focus on backend systems. – Deep experience with Golang, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Rails. – Strong grasp of scalable systems and architecture design. – Passion for clean code and effective engineering processes. – Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments. – Excellent communication skills and a proactive, execution-focused mindset.
