Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive / Manager to drive our expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy, balancing financial objectives with customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging customer needs
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients to build relationships and explore business potential
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support and trustworthy feedback
  • Foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements:

  • Experience in the staffing or contract staffing industry
  • A proven track record of sales success
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of local markets and industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
