Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our lead generation efforts and manage events on the floor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and event management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation :
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
– Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
– Develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet sales targets
– Qualify leads and pass them on to the team after conversion
Events Handling :
– Manage and coordinate events shows and clients on the floor
– Ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, setup, and teardown
– Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful events
– Develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract attendees and generate leads
Additional Responsibilities:
– Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
– Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
– Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and attendees
Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
– Proven track record of lead generation and sales success
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Experience with event management marketing and sales
