Job Description

Helius Work is looking for a Business Development Executive with 4–5 years of experience as SaaS/tech-based B2B sales professional. You will be responsible for driving growth by onboarding enterprise clients, technology partners, and strategic collaborators across industries. This is a high-ownership, target-based role with commission on each successful deal or project — ideal for someone who shines at building impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end business development — from prospecting to closing deals
  • Identify and pitch to enterprises in IT, finance, edtech, ecommerce, and beyond
  • Develop growth strategies for B2B client acquisition and channel expansion
  • Represent Helius Work in client meetings, pitch calls, and industry events
  • Collaborate with the delivery and project teams for onboarding and execution
  • Maintain CRM and report progress against KPIs and revenue goals

Ideal Candidate

  • 4–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales
  • Experience in tech consulting, SaaS, and IT services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing client relationships and projects in freelance tech-driven industries.
  • Expertise in writing compelling bids, cover letters, and proposals on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
