Key Responsibilities
Client Prospecting & Lead Generation :
Identify and engage potential B2B clients through LinkedIn outreach, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to connect with decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
Research industry trends and target markets to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
Meeting Setup & Client Acquisition :
Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) with prospective clients to pitch Treva’s services.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs and goals.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Building & Client Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Build trust-based relationships to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
Collaboration & Retention :
Partner with creative, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure all client deliverables are completed on time and meet brand standards.
Monitor project progress and client satisfaction to ensure high-quality outcomes and long-term retention.
Provide insights from client interactions to improve service offerings and processes.
Performance Tracking & Strategy :
Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Contribute to business development strategies to expand Treva’s market presence.
What We’re Looking For
Sales & Relationship Skills : Proven ability to source and close B2B clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, and meetings, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and present compelling pitches.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and MS Office.
Proactive & Resilient : A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains motivated despite challenges.
Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills to manage client relationships and ensure deliverables are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of experience in B2B business development or sales, ideally in digital marketing, creative services, or a related industry.
Demonstrated success in acquiring clients and achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of the F&B or creative industry is a plus.
