Designation – Business Development Manager

Location:
Noida / Bangalore / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Client Acquisition:
Identify, prospect, and secure new customers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

Solution Selling:
Understand client needs and present customized solutions that address their business challenges and objectives.

Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights to clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the

telecommunications or IT industry.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is

a plus.

Skills:

o Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

o Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to analyze complex business challenges and propose actionable solutions.
