Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in the exhibition industry. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help expand our business, build strong client partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
● Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
● Qualify leads, conduct market research, and identify potential customers in target markets.
● Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients
. ● Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
● Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
● Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
● Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. ● Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to senior management.
● Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify potential leads.
● Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
● 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or account management. ● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at various levels.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). ● Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
● Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think strategically.
● Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (but not required):
● Knowledge of social selling techniques and tools (LinkedIn, etc.).
● Experience working with international clients.
