Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to present products/services
- Receive inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing, information
- Clearly and effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing in both English and Hindi.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
