Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all BTL (Below-the-Line) activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and canopy activations using pamphlets, handbills, and brochures
  • Plan and implement innovative marketing initiatives regularly to drive brand awareness and recall
  • Collaborate closely with the Zonal Sales Manager and Business Development Manager;
    provide timely updates on campaign progress and key details
  • Work with the Operations Team to identify and unlock new partnerships and business opportunities
  • Generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

  • Energetic, versatile, and a creative problem-solver
  • Flexible and proactive with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • 1–2 years of experience in BTL campaigns, activations, and campaign operations
  • Well-rounded understanding of general management, with a knack for professional collaborations and internal coordination
  • Sound knowledge of sales and marketing;
    ready to assist the team as needed
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-changing marketing environment
  • Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory
  • Languages preferred- Kannada (mandatory), English, Hindi
