Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all BTL (Below-the-Line) activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and canopy activations using pamphlets, handbills, and brochures
- Plan and implement innovative marketing initiatives regularly to drive brand awareness and recall
- Collaborate closely with the Zonal Sales Manager and Business Development Manager;
provide timely updates on campaign progress and key details - Work with the Operations Team to identify and unlock new partnerships and business opportunities
- Generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
- Energetic, versatile, and a creative problem-solver
- Flexible and proactive with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- 1–2 years of experience in BTL campaigns, activations, and campaign operations
- Well-rounded understanding of general management, with a knack for professional collaborations and internal coordination
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing;
ready to assist the team as needed - Growth-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-changing marketing environment
- Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory
- Languages preferred- Kannada (mandatory), English, Hindi
