The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and curious Business Development Intern to drive outreach and growth. You’ll collaborate closely with founders to expand our network of progressive schools and identify new opportunities for partnerships. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in business development, build strategic skills, and make a real impact in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Build a Targeted Database:
Research and compile a comprehensive database of progressive schools globally that are seeking curriculum upgrades or innovative learning solutions.
Identify New Opportunities:
Scout for emerging schools or institutions planning new setups, with a focus on those open to transformative educational models.
Conduct Outreach:
Make cold calls and send tailored emails to engage school leaders, confidently pitching Finland Education Hub’s offerings.
Listen and Learn:
Actively listen to school leaders’ needs and challenges, gathering insights to inform our approach and build meaningful relationships.
Support Strategic Growth:
Assist founders in refining outreach strategies, analyzing market trends, and preparing compelling presentations for potential partners.
Who You Are
A self-starter with a passion for education and a knack for building connections.
Comfortable with cold calling and confident in communicating with diverse stakeholders.
An exceptional listener who can understand and address client needs effectively.
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong research and database management skills.
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with direct founder collaboration.
Fluent in English
Previous experience in sales, outreach, or education is a bonus but not required.
