Role Description
We are hiring a dynamic and proactive

Client Relationship Manager – IT

to join our team at Xpert Safety Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

managing client relationships, aligning business needs with IT services , and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. You will also support the enhancement of customer service portals, oversee CRM system efficiency, and lead solution presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client requirements and work with internal technical teams to implement solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts in service delivery, IT support, and product enhancements.
Identify business growth opportunities from existing clients.
Oversee the development of self-service platforms and manage CRM/database systems.
Prepare and deliver client presentations and status reports.
Qualifications & Skills
B.Tech or MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in IT client relationship management or technical account management.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of software/database systems and project coordination is preferred.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
