Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 4-5 years of experience to drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and grow our recruitment business. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and has a strong understanding of B2B sales in the recruitment or HR services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR heads and decision-makers (clients).
- Pitch recruitment solutions to clients and negotiate contracts.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure successful closures.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in recruitment, HR services, or staffing industry).
- Strong networking skills with a proven ability to acquire new clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
