· Developer Onboarding :
Identify and onboard developers through relationship building and strategic pitches.

· Market Analysis :
Map out potential partners in the assigned territory and prioritize outreach.

· Negotiations :
Lead discussions on agreements and business entry points.

· Relationship Building :
Build lasting relationships with senior developer stakeholders (CRM Heads, CEOs).

· This role is a target-based role.
