Job Description
Achieve the Budgeted sales objective for the Decorative segment.
Engage with respective influencers (Architects, Consultants, PMC, Contractors etc) for specifying and positioning the decorative flooring products.
Work closely with PLUB and One-Pidilite vertical for specifying the products through the consultants and contractors.

- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
- Architect, Civil Engineer, Chemical engineers
- 8 – 15 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
