Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Head will lead and manage a team of 4-5 Inside Sales Executives, driving sales efforts across India and the Middle East. The role involves strategic team management, client engagement, and a strong focus on generating qualified leads, scheduling CXO-level meetings, and coordinating with regional sales managers (RSMs), Pre-Sales, and Solution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute inside sales strategies to maximize revenue and market reach in India and the Middle East. - Lead Generation:
Focus on identifying, qualifying, and securing leads aligned with the business objectives. - CXO Engagement:
Schedule and facilitate meetings with CXOs and other senior decision-makers to promote Nopal Cyber’s solutions. - Coordination:
Work closely with RSMs, Pre-Sales, and Solution teams to ensure seamless sales processes and client satisfaction. - CRM Utilization:
Oversee the use of CRM tools to track lead generation, pipeline development, and sales closure. - Business Growth:
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the defined regions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales in India and/or the Middle East markets.
- Strong understanding of the IT/cybersecurity industry.
- Expertise in generating and qualifying leads, and engaging senior executives like CXOs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
