JOB TITLE:
Assistant General Manager – F&B Business Development
JOB SCOPE:
–
∙Drive revenue growth for airport and other F&B services (Restaurants, Grab & Go,
Catering).
∙Identify and establish partnerships with airport authorities, F&B Brands and
hospitality stakeholders.
∙Conduct feasibility studies for new F&B concepts and expansion opportunities
∙Lead contract negotiations, RFP submissions, and strategic agreements with key
partners.
∙Strengthen relationships with F&B Partners, franchise partners, and hospitality
stakeholders.
∙Develop market intelligence and implement strategies to enhance brand presence.
∙Monitor competitor activities, consumer preferences, and industry trends.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
∙Lead business development initiatives to secure new locations and partnerships.
∙Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive positioning in the F&B
sector.
∙Develop and negotiate contracts with key stakeholders, vendors, and franchise
partners.
∙Represent the company in industry forums, trade shows, and networking events.
∙Oversee sales performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
∙ Experience:
8-12 years in F&B, Hospitality, or Airport F&B Business Development.
∙ Education:
Bachelor’s/Postgraduate Degree (A+ Business School preferred).
∙ Skills:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning.
∙ Industry Preference:
F&B, Airport Hospitality, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), or Catering
Services.
∙ Technical Skills:
Financial & Market Modelling:
Ability to create business models,
feasibility studies, and ROI calculations.
∙ Presentation & Reporting:
Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and report
generation
∙ Travel:
Frequent travel for business development and client engagement.
