Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 services.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in CRM and ERP solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and IT teams.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Salesforce and Dynamics 365 solutions to clients.
- Work closely with technical consultants to create tailored solutions for customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches and campaigns.
- Stay updated on CRM trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent Nsquare Xperts at industry conferences, networking events, and webinars.
Key Requirements:
- Sales Track Record:
Proven ability to sell CRM/ERP solutions and meet revenue targets. - Industry Expertise:
Familiarity with CRM implementations, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
- Consultative Selling:
Ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions. - Networking & Communication:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Technical Acumen:
Understanding of Salesforce and Dynamics 365 functionalities, licensing models, and implementation processes.
- Self-Driven:
Ability to work independently and drive sales growth. - CRM Knowledge:
Experience using Salesforce or Dynamics 365 for sales pipeline management.
