We are seeking an experienced Full Desk Business Development Manager to lead our US Healthcare staffing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, focusing on business development, client acquisition, and end-to-end recruitment management to deliver top-tier healthcare talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    Identify and secure new business opportunities with US-based healthcare clients, driving growth and market expansion.
  • Recruitment:
    Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that candidates meet client requirements and specifications.
  • Client Management:
    Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, resolving issues, and cultivating long-term relationships.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, motivate, and guide a recruitment team to meet sales and staffing targets.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and staffing needs, providing valuable insights to clients and ensuring competitive staffing solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing and recruitment, with a strong focus on business development.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and new business generation.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare recruitment processes, licensing, certifications, and industry regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in the US EST time zone.
