Job Description:
ICBio CRO is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Bioequivalence (BE) studies / clinical Research. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing business from pharmaceutical companies and CROs in the Europe, and Brazil .
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire Bioequivalence (BE) study contracts from clients in the Europe, and Brazil .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and CROs.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, regulatory, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market demands in BE studies.
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, specifically in Bioequivalence (BE) studies .
- Strong network within pharmaceutical companies and CROs in the USA, Europe, and Brazil .
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics in these regions.
- Proven ability to generate and close business deals in the pharmaceutical/clinical research sector .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
