Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities-

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
  • Generate leads and actively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
  • Pitch recruitment services (both IT and Non-IT) to corporates, startups, and SMEs.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and work with the recruitment team to deliver suitable profiles.
  • Draft and negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs), pricing, and contracts with clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to senior management for strategy refinement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 – 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
