Role Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Business Development Specialist to drive initial client engagement. You’ll introduce Karnival’s value to potential clients, lead product demos, qualify leads, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team. This role blends presales, consultative selling, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engage prospective clients through outreach and inbound inquiries.
– Present Karnival’s solutions tailored to client needs via demos and walkthroughs.
– Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and materials.
– Gather and relay client feedback to the Product and Sales teams.
– Qualify leads and position Karnival as a trusted growth partner.
– Maintain CRM records and track engagement metrics.
Requirements:
– 1–3 years in BD or Presales in SaaS, retail tech, or CRM/CX platforms.
– Strong communication, presentation, and demo skills.
– Knowledge of retail customer journeys and tech adoption.
– Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable with CRM and virtual tools.
