Job Description:
Futurism Technology is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for engaging with potential clients.
Responsibilities :
- Should have experience between 1 to 6 years.
- Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present solutions effectively.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and nurture them through personalized communication strategies.
- Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and leverage this knowledge in sales pitches.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to CXO-level stakeholders to build trust and drive conversions.
- Focus exclusively on the US market , ensuring alignment with its unique demands and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and close high-value deals.
Must have Skills:
- Deal Closure Expertise :
Proven track record of successfully closing deals end-to-end. - Scheduling Proficiency:
Skilled in scheduling meetings with prospects efficiently. - Lead Nurturing :
Expertise in nurturing prospects and leads through personalized communication channels, such as calls, customized emails, LinkedIn InMail, etc. - Competitive Sales Experience:
Prior experience working with competitors in selling software development services. - Strong Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective client engagement. - US Market Knowledge:
Past experience working exclusively in the US geography , with a deep understanding of its market dynamics. - CXO Targeting Expertise :
Demonstrated experience in targeting and engaging CXO-level executives.
