Responsibilities :

International Business Development –

  • Drive business in global markets (Aerospace, Defense, Oil & Gas, Railways)
  • Lead client acquisition:
    OEMs, Tier-1s, PSUs, and government agencies
  • Handle export compliance, tender bidding, and contract negotiations
  • Represent the company in international exhibitions and forums
  • Build strategic partnerships and long-term client relations

Domestic Business Development –

  • Expand footprint in key Indian sectors including DRDO, HAL, ONGC, Indian Railways
  • Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and trade events
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets
  • Prepare proposals, manage accounts, and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Finance, Logistics)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • International BD:
    10+ years | Domestic BD:
    5–7 years
  • Strong client network across Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Railways, and Defense
  • Export documentation & trade law knowledge (for international role)
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
