Job Description

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Generative AI.

The ideal candidate will have excellent critical reasoning skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in engineering, data science, and product management.

This role requires someone who can drive initiatives from conception to execution, delivering groundbreaking AI-driven products.

Please note that this position requires on-site work and is not eligible for remote work.

Key Responsibilities :

– Lead Gen AI Initiatives : Drive the development and execution of strategic projects in Generative AI, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

– Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, and product teams to innovate and deliver high-quality AI products.

– Product Strategy & Roadmap : Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

– Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives.

– Critical Reasoning & Problem-Solving : Apply critical thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.

– Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to ensure transparency and alignment.

– Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

– Experience : 4 to 7 years of experience in product management in the Insurance domain, with at least 1 year leading initiatives in Generative AI.

– Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

– Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative models.

– Analytical Skills : Exceptional critical reasoning and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

– Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

– Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
