Job Summary:

Were building a mobile-first data collection platform that empowers distributed workers to collect high-quality data (image, video, audio, or text) across industries. We're looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to lead the end-to-end design of our mobile app. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and QA leads to create intuitive, delightful, and efficient user experiences for a global gig workforce.

Key Responsibilities

– Own the UX and UI design for our mobile data collection app (iOS and Android).

– Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.

– Design intuitive onboarding flows, task interfaces, submission confirmation, and quality feedback experiences.

– Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback and data.

– Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and beautifully.

– Maintain and evolve our design system to support scalability and consistency across projects.

Qualification:

– 5+ years of experience designing mobile apps (iOS/Android), preferably in data, fieldwork, crowdsourcing, or productivity tools.

– Experience designing for gig worker platforms, remote worker tools, or annotation tools.

– Understanding of data collection workflows, field QA, or task-based apps.

– Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first design thinking, user flows, and pixel-perfect UI.

– Skilled in Figma (or similar), prototyping, and rapid iteration.

– Experience working with remote teams and agile product cycles.

– Comfortable balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

– Familiarity with designing for low-connectivity environments or multilingual interfaces.
