Role Overview
The CHRO will play a strategic role in shaping and driving the companys HR agenda, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role requires an experienced HR leader with global exposure in the manufacturing sector, a deep understanding of organizational development, and expertise in talent strategy and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive organizational transformation from a promoter-led to a professionally managed company.
• Partner with leadership to build a performance-driven culture.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
• Lead workforce planning and leadership hiring.
• Implement robust talent retention and succession planning strategies.
• Foster leadership development initiatives.
HR Operations & Policies:
• Establish HR processes adhering to international standards.
• Oversee employee engagement, workforce policies, and compliance.
• Drive digitization and automation of HR functions for efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Design competitive compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks.
• Implement reward and recognition programs to enhance motivation.
Employee Relations & Culture Building:
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
• Strengthen employer branding and employee value proposition.
Key Qualifications & Experience
Education: MBA in HR from a Tier-1 institute (Preferred). Experience: 18+ years in HR leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. HR Exposure: Experience in working with Promoter Led work environments. Expertise in: Organization development, change management, HR technology adoption, talent management, and leadership hiring.
