Education & Experience
Postgraduate degree with strong English language and digital communication skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, hospital, or healthcare communication sector
Familiarity with healthcare systems and terminology is essential
Experience working with National Health Mission (NHM), hospitals, or public relations is an asset
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise junior staff, ensuring high team performance and coordination
Manage communication and outreach to large populations; maintain detailed response tracking
Liaise and network with external agencies and partners for collaboration and outreach
Research, curate, and draft content for print, website, and digital platforms
Organize and coordinate events such as webinars, seminars, campaigns, and physical programs
Manage the organization’s website and social media presence, including timely updates
Support improvements in organizational processes related to patient safety initiatives
Handle administrative functions including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting
Coordinate with trustees and senior members within and outside the organization
Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research
Comfortable with EdTech and digital communication tools
Experience in clinical content creation, especially for Maternal & Newborn Health (MNH) and public education
Creative, analytical, and capable of ideating and executing communication strategies
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Open to learning and adopting emerging technologies
