Full-time | OnsiteJob Overview We require a highly talented and experienced Creative Designer with strong expertise in Web and Mobile App UI/UX design. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience, having successfully designed at least 10-15 full-cycle mobile applications and websites. You must possess a keen eye for aesthetics, usability, and attention to detail, along with expert-level proficiency in Figma and other leading design tools.

Design engaging and responsive UI/UX for both mobile apps and websites.·
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.·
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.·
Ensure consistency of branding and visual identity across all designs.·
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve existing designs.·
Maintain and organize design systems and libraries in Figma.·
Deliver high-fidelity UI designs with precise specifications and annotations.Required Skills & Experience ·
3-4 years of proven experience in designing mobile applications and websites.·
Must have designed at least 10-15 mobile apps and websites with full-cycle involvement.·
Deep expertise in Figma is a must.·
Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, design systems, color theory, typography, and responsiveness.·
Proficiency in other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. is a plus.·
Experience in working with developers and understanding of handoff processes.·
Good understanding of user-centred design methodologies.·
Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback positively.·
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Candidate Profile ·
