Job Description

Indastro.com, a division of Indianet Consultants, is a leading Vedic astrology platform that provides personalized horoscopes, forecasts, and astrological guidance based on the ancient Indian astrology system. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Care & Support team. This role is central to managing customer interactions across email, phone, chat, and social media, ensuring smooth coordination of astrology services, and providing light administrative support such as appointment scheduling, service tracking, and order follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or raising concerns across channels such as website, email, phone, chat, and social media.
  • Review and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a timely, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., astrologers, tech, operations) to resolve complex or escalated cases.
  • Educate customers about platform features, astrology services, and best practices to improve overall satisfaction and engagement.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, ), responding to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and promptly.
  • Provide insights through regular reports on customer queries, trends, and feedback to support continuous improvement of services.
  • Assist in backend coordination such as appointment scheduling, updating service logs, tracking order status, and confirming payments as part of the overall customer service process.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a well-ranked institution with prior 2-5 years’ experience in customer care, service coordination, or a related role.
  • Excellent command over English language & strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems or online platforms.
