Job Description

What You Would Be Doing Address day-to-day learner queries and ensure timely resolution in line with defined SLAs.
Actively mentor and guide learners throughout their learning journey.
Communicate weekly milestones and progress updates via email, WhatsApp, or phone calls.
Monitor student engagement metrics and adjust your mentorship approach to drive successful program completion.
Manage multiple learners efficiently, helping them identify and build on their strengths.

Skills Required:

Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand and address learner needs effectively.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
High level of customer centricity, with a deep commitment to supporting students in achieving their learning goals.
