Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing product and service information. Additional day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, handling complaints, processing orders, and renewing customer accounts. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
