We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist and Event Planner who will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers and contributing to the success of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including voice, chat, and email.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Working collaboratively with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as hospitality, event management, or communications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
