Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to provide exceptional support to Rently users. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, be comfortable handling voice support requests, and have international voice experience (a plus).
Daily Tasks:
- Manage support requests through voice mediums with high quality standards
- Maintain real-time decision-making skills
- Elevate high-level requests to internal channels as needed
Hours:
US-based hours; flexibility required for night shifts and weekend work based on the work schedule
