Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional customer service representative to join our team at The App Wiz.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with new and existing wireline residential customers, providing top-notch customer experience through inbound or outbound calling.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and a solution-based selling approach.

You will need to navigate multiple systems and tools while interacting with customers, process orders accurately, and ensure timely completion.

In addition, you will participate in ongoing training sessions and share best practices with your colleagues.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any management field or equivalent experience
  • 0-5 years of experience in international inbound sales, cross sales, outbound sales, B2B/B2C sales, or collections (International BPO only)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work graveyard shifts
