Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Nawanshahr. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, developing and maintaining customer service policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, client management, and relationship building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
