Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Sales Representative based in Mumbai. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will:
- Generate and qualify leads
- Perform outbound calling and messaging to prospective customers
- Maintain and grow customer relationships
- Engage directly with end-customers for B2C
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer sales, inside sales or business development
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Target driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
Language
Proficiency in Hindi or English. Fluency in any South Indian regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is a plus.
Remuneration
₹20,000 per month + performance-based commission.
