Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Sales Representative based in Mumbai. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will:

  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Perform outbound calling and messaging to prospective customers
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships
  • Engage directly with end-customers for B2C

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer sales, inside sales or business development
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Target driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline

Language

Proficiency in Hindi or English. Fluency in any South Indian regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is a plus.

Remuneration

₹20,000 per month + performance-based commission.
