The hybrid role is based in New Delhi, allowing for some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.QualificationsCustomer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skillsProficiency in communicating with customers to ensure their needs are metAbility to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficientlyExcellent problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems is a plusAbility to work independently and in a teamPrevious experience in a customer service role is preferred
