As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience. You will handle inquiries, appointment scheduling, feedback management, and issue resolution, contributing to our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
– Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.
– Address customer queries and provide accurate information on services, pricing, and offers.
– Handle customer feedback and complaints with a problem-solving approach, ensuring prompt resolution.
– Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant details.
– Coordinate with salon teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
– Upsell and promote salon services, memberships, and special offers.
– Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
– Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
– 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty, retail, or hospitality industry.
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
– Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and appointment management tools.
– Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to service recovery.
– A passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
