Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telecom Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product support related to our telecom services. Your goal will be to ensure customers have a positive experience with our products, services, and support.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and other communication channels for all telecom-related issues.
Assist customers with questions regarding billing, account management, and technical support related to telecom services (e.G., mobile plans, internet services, TV subscriptions, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, including connectivity problems, service interruptions, and device configurations.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Resolve complaints, concerns, and service-related inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
At least 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in International Voice Process.
Graduation is the minimum qualifications.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Strong knowledge of telecom services, including mobile plans, internet, and television services.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude.
