Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Artium. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, including communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in customer support and handling customer inquiries
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of music and/or experience in the music industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
