Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records by documenting interactions, feedback, and service requests.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on resolutions.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
- Identify and cross-sell additional services or products that benefit the customer, as appropriate.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency is a must).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Strong multitasking skills, including the ability to manage calls and data entry simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRMs, and basic computer applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate Freshers/Experience (Min 1 year international voice) can apply.
- UG with min 1 year of international voice experience is mandatory.
- 5 Days Working / 2 Off’s
- Rotational Shift
