Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records by documenting interactions, feedback, and service requests.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on resolutions.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
  • Identify and cross-sell additional services or products that benefit the customer, as appropriate.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency is a must).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Strong multitasking skills, including the ability to manage calls and data entry simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRMs, and basic computer applications.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate Freshers/Experience (Min 1 year international voice) can apply.
  • UG with min 1 year of international voice experience is mandatory.
  • 5 Days Working / 2 Off’s
  • Rotational Shift
